Locations
The larger California MSA's including the larger Southern California counties, the Bay Area and Sacramento Area.
Property Types
Value-add multifamily and industrial properties.
Development Sites
Multifamily, commercial or mixed-use zoned with lot sizes or assemblage of 13,000/sf or greater. Would consider entitled sites but preferred unentitled.
Transaction Size
We focus on $10MM to $50MM deal sizes.
